Have used RHA for over a decade when I had my own themed entertainment business with EXTREME satisfaction. Shuttered the business 5 years ago but continued with RHA as there were still complex deductions and such associated with the LLC. If you are in the entertainment business, I cannot stress how important and beneficial it is to have a service like this that REALLY KNOWS the code and what is legal and appropriate. I am no longer in CA but for the last 7 years they have made remote filing easy as can be. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
