A. Tito Spilsbury is an Enrolled Agent which is a federally licensed tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation. He is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers for audits, collections and appeals before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service. A. Tito Spilsbury can advise, represent, and prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts and any other entity with tax-reporting requirements. Shortly after receiving his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Azusa Pacific University, he joined the Robert Hall & Associates team. Outside of work, A. Tito Spilsbury spends his time coaching youth football. Similar to the rest of the consultants at Robert Hall & Associates, A. Tito Spilsbury focuses on meeting the specific needs of the clients.
