Philip Duncan
Philip Duncan is an Enrolled Agent which is a federally licensed tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation. He is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers for audits, collections and appeals before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service. Philip Duncan can advise, represent, and prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts and any other entity with tax-reporting requirements. Shortly after receiving his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UC Santa Cruz, he joined the Robert Hall & Associates team. Philip Duncan is also a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the California Association of Enrolled Agents, as well as several other organizations. Outside of work, Philip Duncan spends his time Snowboarding during winter season, and surfing during the summer season. Similar to the rest of the consultants at Robert Hall & Associates, Philip Duncan focuses on providing personalized help, regardless of their tax situation.
