Enrolled Agent
Daniel Passon is an Enrolled Agent which is a federally licensed tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation. He is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers for audits, collections and appeals before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service. Daniel Passon can advise, represent, and prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts and any other entity with tax-reporting requirements. Shortly after receiving his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly State University, he joined the Robert Hall & Associates team. Daniel Passon is recognized as a FELLOW by the National Association of Enrolled Agents. He is also a member of the California Association of Enrolled Agents, as well as several other organizations. Outside of work, Daniel Passon spends his time watching movies. Much like the rest of the consultants at Robert Hall & Associates, Daniel Passon focuses on providing personalized financial guidance to individuals and businesses.
